Common issues

No events appearing in the dashboard — Confirm your Ring account is linked via /oauth/start and that your Ring developer app webhook URL points to /ring/webhook on this worker.

No Telegram notifications — Check that the species detected appears in the configured NOTABLE_SPECIES list, and that notifications are not being rate-limited (once per species per hour per device).

Classification says "unknown animal" — Both snapshot frames returned low confidence from Claude. This can happen in poor lighting or when the animal is partially out of frame. The event is still logged with images attached.

Response time

This is a personal project and responses are best-effort. There is no SLA or guaranteed response window.
