By using Wildlife Spotter, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree,
do not use this application.
Provided as-is
Wildlife Spotter is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind,
express or implied. This includes but is not limited to warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The operator makes no guarantee
that the service will be available, accurate, or error-free. Use it at your own risk.
Account ownership
You must own or have lawful authority to access the Ring account you link to this
application. You may not link a Ring account belonging to another person without their
explicit consent. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Ring's platform complies
with Ring's own Terms of Service.
Appropriate use
This application is intended for personal, non-commercial wildlife observation using
cameras you own and operate on your own property. You agree not to use it to surveil
individuals, collect data on people without consent, or for any unlawful purpose.
Revocation
You may revoke this application's access to your Ring account at any time by removing
the integration from your Ring developer dashboard. Upon revocation, your stored tokens
will become invalid. You may request deletion of your stored snapshots and event data
by contacting sfeis111@gmail.com.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of Wildlife Spotter
shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
arising out of or related to your use of this application.
Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the application after changes
are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
